The WiFi data logger testo Saveris 2-T3 allows you to monitor the temperatures in processes or in refrigerated and work- or storerooms. The temperature values measured with the connectable thermocouple probes (TC) are reliably recorded over long periods, and transmitted directly to the Testo Cloud (online data storage) via your WiFi. You can access these readings at any time, anywhere, using your internet-enabled smartphone, tablet or PC.This component is part of the environmental monitoring system testo Saveris 1. The modular system records and analyzes your critical environmental data, alerts you immediately if limit values are violated and can help you optimize your processes.

The testo 162 T3 online data logger is an easy-to-use climate logger with display for monitoring temperatures. The testo 162 T3 has 2 connections for the use of external temperature sensors (thermocouple). The testo 162 online data loggers are part of the testo 160 online data logger system consisting of the hardware components (testo 160, testo 162, testo 164) as well as the testo Saveris Cloud and testo Smart App. The testo Saveris Cloud is the central data platform. Measured values can be viewed and analyzed there.

The Testo Data Monitoring license is required to use the system.

This thermocouple (TC) temperature probe with penetration tip can be used for measurements in pastes and semi-solid media and also for measurements in liquids and air.

The temperature probe features a thin, 2 m long ribbon cable. The thin ribbon cable can also be placed through narrow openings such as slits in doors or refrigerator seals.

Protection class IP 54 means that the temperature probe with penetration tip is protected against spray water.

This Type K, Class 1 thermocouple probe has a standardized accuracy of ±1.5 °C.

The temperature probe's response time t99 (time it takes for the probe to register 99% of the jump in temperature) of 7 seconds refers to measurements in moving water at +60 °C. This response time is extended when, for example, measurements are taken in still liquid, pastes or air.*

* For air temperature measurements, the response time is about 40 – 60 times higher than the indicated value measured in water. If you should require a rather sluggish temperature probe to measure air temperature, this probe is particularly suitable because it does not take brief temperature peaks into account at all, or only to a very small degree, when measuring temperature. For example, if you are planning to use the temperature probe with penetration tip to measure air temperature in the refrigerator, briefly opening the refrigerator door would not take into account the temperature fluctuation which results from mixing the warm room temperature with the refrigerator temperature.

If you need an air temperature probe with a fast response time, your best choice would be the exceptionally fast temperature probe 0602 0493 which has a large measuring range.1 x TC Type K temperature probe with penetration tip 0572 9001.
