The testo 635-1 temperature and humidity measuring instrument enables you to measure the temperature, air humidity and dew point – in compressed air as well. State-of-the-art technology and a large selection of probes, which are available as an option, enable this wide variety of measuring possibilities.The testo 635-2 temperature and moisture meter allows you to carry out temperature and moisture measurements on a variety of different materials, surfaces and environments. This is made possible due to leading-edge technology and a wide selection of optionally available sensors.The U-value is the most important value for proving the heat loss of a building. With the testo 635-2 thermohygrometer and compatible accessories from the U-value set, determining the U-value is now easier than ever.The slim humidity probe measures material moisture via the equilibrium moisture content and can very easily be used in recesses or bore holes thanks to its slim design and remote electronics. The material moisture can also be determined directly in the instrument in combination with the testo 635 temperature and humidity measuring instrument.

Equilibrium moisture content is ideally measured in a bore hole in the material. The thin humidity probe with a probe shaft diameter of 4 mm (connected to an appropriate measuring instrument) is good to use here, so as to keep the bore hole as small as possible. It should be protected against contamination by a PTFE cap during measurement. The bore hole can easily be sealed with adhesive modelling clay.

The attached measuring instrument (testo 635) automatically calculates the material moisture based on the measured equilibrium moisture content and shows this in the display. The material moisture calculation is available for the following materials: concrete, high-insulation brick, solid brick, hard wood, soft wood, aerated concrete, particle board, calcium sulphate flowing screed, cement flowing screed and lime sand brick.Thin humidity probe (Ø 4 mm) with PTFE protective cap and adhesive modelling clay (4 items), including fixed cable.
